5. If you do request to go to the scheduled destination or leave the group for personal reasons, RRUU will do the best to assist you and arrange for you, but will not be responsible for any loss caused by such circumstances.
6. RRUU will not be responsible for any expenses or damages caused directly by (or increase because) disputes from you and the local suppliers or the third party. If there is no fault caused by RRUU, you may not publish any negative comments about RRUU or its affiliates/branches, and shall not take any behaviors to damage RRUU and its affiliates/branches’ image and reputation; otherwise RRUU and its affiliates/branches will remain the right to legal liability for such events.
7. All the line product composition elements are offered from qualified local suppliers with related qualification through RRUU strict appraisal selection. RRUU will be only responsible for to the hardware facilities and so on standard description and the undertaken commitment. RRUU will not be responsible for any soft services that you may involve in the process of consumption or any inconvenience caused by force majeure.

Booking and payment process

1. After you submit a reservation and pay successfully, you will receive a reservation confirmation message via E-Mail.
2. After you pay the order successfully, we will start the booking process immediately. The order confirmation time generally is 1 to 5 working days. You will receive an e-ticket for your itinerary on your registered mailbox after successful booking. Whether your booking is successful or not, is subject to whether you have received the receipt of the e-ticket or not. On the electronic ticket, there will be all the details of the your ordered travel product and the information about the travel product’ local supplier, so that you can reconfirm with the local supplier.
3. E-ticket is your purchase voucher. You only need to print out the e-ticket and bring your valid identity card with recent photos on the travel day, and show them to the corresponding travel product supplier. Please note, e-ticket is the only voucher you bought to participate in the trip (booking information confirmation mail or other notification mail is invalid), be sure to travel with your valid ID and e-ticket.
4. After you come back from your trip, you can make comments below the product page on our website if you are satisfied with our service and our product.
5. You can contact the local tour supplier to reconfirm your arrival before departure. (a few products must contact the supplier again for reconfirmation.)

Modification & Cancellation Policy

The modification and cancellation of RRUU products and services is detailed on Modification and Cancellation Policy. Announcement of non-refundable account caused by the difference in the local exchange rate

All the RRUU product prices are displayed in local currency (such as the Australian dollar, the US dollar) translated into RMB, and the price will be different in different periods. 1. Due to the different product cancellation & modification policies, please refer to the product details page for the specified instructions.
2. Most of the products can be modified or canceled 3 days before the departure date : the cancellation of the product can be fully refunded; if the order is modified, the actual cost shall be borne by the passengers their own.

4. If the supplier cancels reservation because of not reaching the limited number of the travel product, full order, or because of the weather and other factors under control, you can choose to get a full refund or reschedule travel date.

6. If any person is late or absent on the reservation date due to their own problems or flight delays, etc, we do not accept the requests to reschedule or refund.
7. Any of the travel products once has been used, no refund.
8. If bank transfers, wire transfers and PayPal payments occur in Australia, we will refund by the original route. The customer will bear the bank charges. (If the bank charges are not initiated by the guest, we will pay the bank charges at our own expense.)
9. If customers need to cancel reservations for any reason, the bank wire transfer charges, online banking charges (including Alipay, PayPal charges) will be deducted together with the withdrawal expenses from the refund.
10. The peak season refers to the time during the Spring Festival (one month before and after), the National Day, and the Summer Vacation (July 1st -August 31st).

Order Modification
