    Intro

Loch Ness, 24 miles long and over 700 feet deep, is most famous for its sightings of the Loch Ness monster, affectionately known as “Nessie”. Spend approximately 2 hours at Loch Ness, where you can choose to take a wonderful 5 astar 'Loch Ness by Jacobite' cruise and explore the ruins of Urquhart Castle, and learn of its history inside the modern visitor centre.

Glencoe is a setting place for many famous films, such as Harry Potter and Brave heart. It is also the most beautiful area in Scottish Highlands, with hills and fields that filled with romance, roughness and the lonely beauty of nature. In addition, the clan massacre of the Macdonald in February 1692 adds some desolate and beautiful feelings for this place.

The famous Scottish Highlands is the most beautiful scenic area in Europe. It is sparsely-populated but there are many mountains here, including the highest mountains of UK--Ben Nevis. Besides, magnificent landscapes, the landform left in the glacial age, the rugged mountains, the delicate lakes and the fields covered with boulders all can find here.

Stirling Castle, located on the 77-meter high cliff of Stirling, was the palace for Scottish Kings. In the history of UK, Queen Mary, James VI had lived in this castle. The castle, a landmark building both in Scotland and the Great Britain, has witnessed many wars and historical events in the history of Scotland. Some people call it as “a brooch of Scotland”, which adequately show its historical status and significance.

Urquhart Castle, standing in the the middle of Loch Ness, is one of the largest castles in Scotland and also one of the most important monuments in Scottish Highland. It’s said that the castle was built in 1600 approximately and the ruins now you see were caused by the defenders themselves in order to resist Jacob people’s invasion. It’s also said that there is a fortress ruin of A.D. 580 below the castle. This 17th -century castle looks down at Urquhart Bay--the place seen “Loch Ness Monster most frequently.
